ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

Tickets aren’t refundable as we are a permanent exhibition, you are welcome to use your ticket to attend on another suitable day as it is valid for use for up to 12 months.

HOW DO EXISTING GIFT VOUCHER HOLDERS OR RACV TICKET HOLDERS REDEEM THEIR TICKETS?

There is no need to book a timed session for existing ticket holders. Simply walk in and present your ticket/voucher at door.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKET FOR ANOTHER DAY?

Absolutely! If you miss your allocated start session, your tickets are valid for use for up to 12 months from date of purchase. There is no need to re-book as we have made allocations for walk ins. Simply present your existing ticket (with barcode) for admission.

DO YOU SELL TICKETS ON SITE?

Yes, tickets are available for purchase at front desk.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

No printed tickets required –  please present your ticket on your smart phone or tablet.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We recommend arrival a few minutes before your start session to ensure prompt entry.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Patrons will also need to bring their own smartphones and cameras to take the photos. Staff can take photos with their own cameras and will share them via air drop or blue tooth.

WHAT DO I GET WITH MY TICKET?

The standard visit includes a quick introduction to the patrons before they head into the gallery explaining the concept of the artwork and how the photos are taken.
